Shipping Methods & Costs

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $79 (calculated after discounts and before taxes).
Flat Rate/Calculated Shipping: For orders under $79, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories: Please note that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. A flat rate or weight-based surcharge will apply to these regions to cover higher carrier costs. Exact totals will be displayed at the final stage of checkout.
Processing & Delivery Time
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time: * Domestic (Contiguous U.S.): 3-7 business days.
International/Remote Areas: 9-14 business days (may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24-48 hours.
Delivery Protection: Lost or Damaged Goods
In compliance with consumer protection standards and payment gateway requirements, we take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your doorstep.
Damaged Items: If your products arrive damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (movement for 15+ business days), we will issue a full refund or reship the order.
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but claimed as missing, though we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Delivery Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. pureelegancetableware.org is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by natural disasters, traffic accidents, pandemics, labor strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
